The hotel is located on the first floor and, although a bit tired, it is very well equipped, quiet, and comfortable. Despite some initial smell, it was manageable after using room freshener. The owner is gradually improving the property, so there's a sense of contrast in the room.

The guest house offers a mixed experience - the rooms at the front with a sea view stand out, while the rest are average. The usual amenities are provided, but there is room for improvement. The service is welcoming and catered well for our group attending the IOW scooter rally, with Sallyanne and Peter standing out as great hosts.
